When Cleaners Solicit Your Clients

Updated: Oct 29, 2020

One of our biggest concerns as Referral Agency Owners is cleaners trying to steal our clients. Although not an uncommon occurrence, and undoubtedly a valid fear, we can survive and thrive in spite of these types of violations.

In this video I explain 3 different situations when this has occurred in my agency, how I handled it and what the outcome was.

#1 Cleaners solicit client directly offering same service and lower price (1:45)

#2 Cleaner leaves promotional flyer behind at client home (5:45)

#3 Cleaner solicits to client resulting in a fine from agency and termination of contract (8:30)
