This is not a traditional cleaning business.
Build a network of independent cleaning professionals instead of hiring cleaning employees
Focus on sales, marketing, customer experience, and systems—not personally doing the cleaning

Avoid managing cleaning supplies, inventory, and company vehicles

Create a business that can be operated remotely with the right systems and support

Why Traditional Cleaning Businesses Can Become Overwhelming
-
Scheduling issues and call-outs become constant
-
Hiring never stabilizes and turnover is high
-
You’re responsible for supplies, staff, and problems
-
Payroll, workers’ comp, and overhead add pressure
-
You become the backup when things fall apart
-
This is where most owners get stuck
What if there was another way?

Why I Teach This

I started my cleaning business in 2011 using the traditional employee model. As the business grew, so did the overhead, employee turnover, scheduling problems, and day-to-day operational stress.

Eventually, the business became unsustainable. In 2015, I rebuilt it using the cleaning referral agency model. Although I lost clients during the transition, I maintained approximately the same income with significantly less overhead and responsibility.

Today, my referral agency operates remotely with systems and virtual support. A virtual assistant manages the daily operations, and I spend approximately 30 minutes a week overseeing the business.

Cleaning Cash Flow is the company I created to teach this model. The Lifestyle Business Blueprint is the step-by-step course and framework, and Live Implementation adds the guidance, accountability, and direct feedback that help owners put it into practice.

Everything I teach comes from real operating experience—not theory. The goal is to help you build the right foundation from the beginning or audit an existing business, identify what’s missing, and make it stronger.
